Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Principal to join our leadership team. The Assistant Principal will work closely with the Principal to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing. This role is critical to supporting both staff and students in an environment that requires adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to the mission of education.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Principal in overseeing daily school operations, including academics, discipline, and extracurricular activities.
Mentor and supervise teachers, providing professional development, feedback, and support.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school culture that aligns with the values of Give to Learn to Grow.
Engage with parents, guardians, and community members to build strong school-community relationships.
Monitor student performance and implement strategies to improve academic achievement and attendance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
