The ongoing violence has resulted in hundreds of civilian deaths and casualties, causing a remarkable surge in trauma cases. Hospitals are completely overwhelmed and cannot meet the demand necessary to save lives.

Every dollar will give the teams of doctors and nurses the aid, tools and equipment needed to undertake the surgical and medical support on the ground.

The most pressing needs include the following:
